Leadlight Companion works entirely without an account.

What We Store

When you use Leadlight Companion, we store:

• Uploaded Images - Photos of stained glass designs you upload
• Vectorization Results - Generated SVG files and analysis data

Without an Account

You can use Leadlight Companion without signing in. Your uploaded images and vectorization results are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 7 days.

With a Lotlsoft Account

When signed in, your work is saved permanently to your account. You can:

• Access your designs from any device
• Keep your work indefinitely
• Delete individual designs or your entire account

Local Storage

Some data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers:

• preferences - Editor settings and display preferences

You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking. We use localStorage to save preferences and sessionStorage during the sign-in process.

Analytics

We use our own privacy-focused analytics (Lotl Observe) to collect minimal anonymous usage data:

• Page views - Which pages are visited (no personal data)
• Anonymous identifiers - A random visitor ID to count unique visitors (not linked to your identity)
• Error reports - Technical errors for debugging (no personal data)

We do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics.

Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See the Lotlsoft Privacy Policy for details about infrastructure.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data (view within the app or export from account settings)
• Correct your data (update profile in account settings)
• Delete your data (delete account from settings)
• Withdraw consent (sign out and stop using the service)
